National Geographic placed Istria on the list of destinations that are ideal for the celebration of Valentine's Day.
Magazine praised the beauty of the Istrian region. "Istria is called" Croatian Tuscany, because of the mountains, valleys, small villages on hilltops, wheat fields, vineyards and olive groves, "wrote National Geographic.
With Istria, praised and Zadar. The editors chose Zadar as one of the most romantic destinations and asked readers to send in their own best photo of the city.
They published a photo Jen Winkles which shows the installation "Greeting to the Sun" and a beautiful sunset.
The top 10 Croatian in the company found itself with Vietnamese Ha Long Bay, the gardens of Suzhou in China, Viom dell'amore in Italy, the Eiffel Tower, Hotel igloos in Finland, the British Pullman train, kissing bridges in Vermont, red rocks in Arizona and Big Opener California.
